Terms

Terms for using Georgia Repair Network repair request, coordination, and documentation services.

Last updated: June 18, 2026

Service Overview

Georgia Repair Network helps homeowners, tenants, owners, property managers, and contractors report repair issues, coordinate service, document completion, track invoices, and build property maintenance history.

Georgia Repair Network is not an emergency services replacement, full property management platform, accounting platform, or guarantee of contractor work unless stated in a separate written agreement.

Authorized Use

  • Use the platform only for legitimate maintenance, repair, property documentation, contractor coordination, reporting, and support workflows.
  • Provide accurate repair descriptions, contact details, access instructions, photos, invoices, estimates, and completion information.
  • Do not submit false repair requests, fraudulent invoices, unsafe instructions, unlawful content, or information for properties you are not authorized to manage or service.
  • Do not attempt to access data outside your assigned role, organization, property, ticket, or contractor relationship.

Roles And Access

Platform access is role-based. Administrators, property managers, owners, tenants, and contractors may see different information and actions. Tenant users cannot see owner financials, contractors cannot see unrelated jobs, and private contractor documents are limited to authorized administrative workflows.

Contractors And Repairs

Contractors are independent service providers. Georgia Repair Network may help coordinate repair intake, dispatch, documentation, scheduling, and reporting, but it does not guarantee a contractor's work, licensing, insurance, availability, pricing, or outcome unless stated in a separate written agreement.

Public customer repair workflows are also governed by the Customer Repair Terms. Contractor onboarding and verification workflows are governed by the Contractor Terms.

Payments And Invoices

Georgia Repair Network currently tracks estimates, invoices, approved budgets, paid status, and payment dates. Contractor payments are handled outside the application unless a separate approved payment workflow is enabled.

See the Payment Tracking Disclaimer for details. Georgia Repair Network does not currently operate legal escrow, payment holds, contractor payouts, or full accounting workflows.

Cancellation, No Access, And No-Show Events

Repair coordination depends on timely access, scheduling, and contractor communication. Customer cancellations, tenant no-access events, contractor no-shows, and missed appointments may be documented in the repair record and may affect scheduling priority or reliability records. See the Cancellation and No-Show Policy.

SMS And Email Communications

By opting in to maintenance communications, users agree to receive repair-related SMS or email messages from Georgia Repair Network at the contact information provided. Message frequency varies by repair activity. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of SMS messages, and reply HELP for help. Consent is not required to buy goods or services. See the SMS Terms.

No Emergency Services Replacement

Georgia Repair Network is not a replacement for 911, emergency medical care, fire response, police response, utility emergency lines, or licensed hazardous-condition response. If there is immediate danger, users should contact appropriate emergency services first.

AI And Self-Help Guidance

Future AI features may assist with intake, triage, self-help checks, dispatch suggestions, or reporting. AI guidance is informational and should not be used for unsafe electrical, gas, structural, hazardous, or emergency repairs.
