Who We Are
Georgia Repair Network helps homeowners, property managers, owners, tenants, contractors, and administrators coordinate repair requests and keep useful maintenance records for Central Georgia properties.
Information We Collect
- Contact information such as name, email address, phone number, property address, unit, and role.
- Maintenance request details such as issue description, urgency, access instructions, availability, notes, status, and repair history.
- Repair documentation such as photos, videos, invoices, estimates, before/after images, contractor notes, completion confirmation, and Property Passport records.
- Service records such as repair activity, notification history, contractor reliability data, and administrative actions.
- Technical information needed to run the service, such as authentication identifiers, device/browser metadata, timestamps, and security logs.
How We Use Information
- Create, triage, assign, schedule, and resolve maintenance requests.
- Send repair-related SMS, email, and app notifications, including ticket updates, scheduling links, appointment reminders, urgent alerts, and completion confirmations.
- Build permanent property maintenance history and Property Passport timelines.
- Track contractor verification, reliability, response, completion, no-show, callback, and documentation records.
- Generate operational reports for property managers, owners, and administrators.
- Protect the platform, enforce role-based access, review account activity, and investigate misuse or disputes.
SMS And Phone Number Privacy
Phone numbers are used for maintenance-related communications only, such as repair intake, scheduling, access coordination, urgent alerts, reminders, and completion follow-up. Georgia Repair Network does not sell phone numbers or share mobile opt-in data with third parties for their marketing.
Mobile opt-in consent and messaging consent are not sold, rented, or shared with unaffiliated third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Contractors and service providers may receive limited contact or access information only when needed to complete a repair, support the maintenance workflow, send a requested message, or operate the platform.
We may retain SMS consent records, including source, timestamp, disclosure version, and opt-out status, to support compliance, troubleshooting, and dispute resolution.
How We Share Information
- With property managers, owners, tenants, contractors, and administrators according to their role and the repair workflow.
- With contractors or vendors assigned to a repair, limited to information needed to estimate, schedule, access, document, or complete the work.
- With service providers that host or operate the platform, such as database, storage, authentication, email, SMS, and deployment providers.
- When required by law, legal process, safety concerns, dispute resolution, fraud prevention, or platform security.
Data Retention
Maintenance records may be retained as long-term property history because the Property Passport is intended to preserve repair timelines, invoices, photos, warranties, contractor records, and system history. Administrative logs and messaging records may be retained for operations, compliance, review, and dispute resolution.
Your Choices
- You may request correction of inaccurate contact or maintenance information.
- You may opt out of SMS messages by replying STOP to a Georgia Repair Network text message.
- You may request help by replying HELP to a Georgia Repair Network text message.
- Some maintenance communications may still be required through another channel to coordinate access, safety, or repair completion.
