SMS Terms

Georgia Repair Network sends maintenance-related text messages to support repair workflows. Messages may include repair intake links, photo upload links, scheduling requests, appointment reminders, access coordination, urgent maintenance alerts, contractor status updates, completion confirmation, and support follow-up.

You may opt in by submitting a maintenance request, checking an unchecked SMS consent box on a Georgia Repair Network form, texting an approved keyword, or giving documented consent through a property manager or authorized maintenance workflow.

SMS consent is separate from acceptance of general terms or privacy notices. Consent is not required to buy goods or services. If SMS is declined or revoked, maintenance coordination may continue through another available channel.

Message frequency varies based on repair activity. A typical maintenance request may receive 1 to 6 messages, but urgent repairs, scheduling changes, no-access events, or completion follow-up may result in additional messages.

Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier plan. Georgia Repair Network is not responsible for carrier fees, delayed delivery, or undelivered messages.

• After you reply STOP, you may receive one confirmation message.
• After opt-out, you may need to use email, phone, portal access, or another channel for maintenance coordination.
